After months of work by our apparatus committee, the new Duty Chief 7 vehicle has been placed in service. The unit itself is a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado unfitted with a complete Whelen light package, Plastix Plus center console, and ARE cap. This unit will be utilized by the "Duty Chief" who manages day-to-day critical projects in all aspects of operations, staffing and service delivery, and concentrates on daily strategic personnel and apparatus deployments.
