| On February 15th, 2016 at approximately 0926 hours, St. Leonard VFD was dispatched to 13640 Hamit Road for the House Fire. Engine 72 (Lt. Hyatt) and Chief 7B immediately responded with approximately 8 volunteers. First arriving units found a 1-story single family on a crawl-space with fire showing throughout. Engine 72 arrived on scene assuming the 3rd due responsibilities and stretched the 400' attack line and a 100' bundle to the residence while the driver established a water supply. Units on scene made an aggressive interior attack on the structure and opened up to check for extension. Units on scene operated for approximately two hours before being placed in service. |
