On December 3rd, 2015 at approximately 1700 hours, the St. Leonard Volunteers took Squad 7 to our neighboring department SVRSFD Co.3 for a Extrication And Stabilization Drill. The crews from SLVFD and SVRSFD worked together to perform a complicated Extrication involving a SUV that had overturned on its roof onto two parked vehicles with three patients total, one of which was ejected from the vehicle and was now trapped underneath the SUV. The drill lasted approximately four hours and all members were able to use many pieces of equipment that each department carried. Many thanks to SVRSFD for the hospitality and allowing us to use your facility.
