Crews Respond to Working House Fire in Huntingtown

Huntingtown, MD - On Saturday, October 25th, 2025, crews from St. Leonard Volunteer Fire & Rescue Company 7 responded to assist Huntingtown VFD with a working house fire on Morris Court in Huntingtown. Engine 71 (Lt. Schooley) and Tanker 7 (FF Davis) were fully staffed and assigned to water supply operations.

Engine 71 successfully established a draft operation from a portable dump tank, while Tanker 7 supported the incident through water relay operations to maintain continuous supply.

Crews from Engine 71 were assigned to exterior suppression operations.

The Chief and Officers of Company 7 extend their heartfelt condolences to the affected family on their loss.
