| St. Leonard, MD – On Thursday, August 28, 2025, at approximately 1:58 pm, units from the St. Leonard Volunteer Fire & Rescue Company were dispatched to Ridge View Drive in the White Sands community for the report of a vehicle fire.
Engine 72, under the command of Lt. Weems, and Tanker 7, under the command of Fire Chief R. Weems II, responded to the incident. Upon arrival, crews discovered a full-size pickup truck with working fire located in the rear of the vehicle.
