At approximately 01:00 on Monday 27 May, St Leonard and surrounding companies were dispatched for an auto accident at Broomes Island and Ball Road. Squad 7, Ambulance 77, Special Unit 7, Chief 7 and Chief 7A responded. Upon arrival, units found a single vehicle overturned. The driver had managed to self-extricate and make his way approximately 1/4 mile from the scene. A77 and the Medic unit packaged the patient and transported to the landing zone.
