On Thursday, April 8th, 2021 at approximately 1253 hours, the St. Leonard Volunteers were alerted to St. Leonard Road and Western Shores Boulevard for the serious auto accident. Promptly, Engine 72 and Ambulance 78 responded. Engine 72 arrived to find a single vehicle on its roof with one patient trapped inside the vehicle. Engine 72 performed a door pop to extricate the patient. The patient was then transported to a local ED.
