We are very sorry that we had to end the July 22, 2017 concert early due to severe weather conditions. We are dedicated to saving lives and preserving public safety.

There were several back to back severe and threatening thunderstorms which moved through our area that included numerous cloud to ground lightning in the immediate area. The lightning strikes jeopardized the safety of everyone at the event.
To protect the safety of our patrons and supporters, the band and crew, and the members of our department, it was a decision that had to be made.

Under the terms of our contract with the artist, we still need to pay them in full. As everyone knows, any outdoor event is subject to adverse weather conditions.
