On November 1st, 2016 at approximately 1758 hours, the St. Leonard Volunteers were alerted for the serious auto accident on Route. 4 in the area of Parkers Creek Road. Promptly Chief 7, Safety 7, Captain 7, Squad 7, Engine 72, Ambulance 78, and Ambulance 79 responded. Captain 7 arrived on location first to find a single box truck on its side with the driver still inside. Co.7 and Co.2 units then arrived on location, stabilized the vehicle, and removed the occupant. The patient was then handed over to EMS and transported by MSP Trooper 7 to a local trauma center. All units cleared within an hour.
