At 01:11, Squad 7 was dispatched to the reported house fire on Easy St, Owings, with Co 1 - North Beach Volunteer Fire Department. Chief-1A arrived and reported a single-family split-foyer with an attached garage “fully involved”. Squad 7 and Captain 7, along with Safety 7, responded and performed a secondary search of the residence. The crew then assisted with overhauling the primary residence before moving to assist in extinguishing the fire in the attached garage. Squad 7 operated over an hour, clearing at 02:57. One resident was transported to the hospital and Company 7 members hope for her speedy recovery.
