On May 27th, 2015 at approximately 2023 hours, units from St. Leonard VFD were alerted to 8266 Power Drive for the House Fire. The Deputy Fire Chief (Richman), Safety Officer (Bauer), Rescue Captain (Buckmaster), Engine 72 (M. Midkiff), Squad 7 (Deputy EMS Chief), Ambulance 78 (EMS Captain), Car 7 (Sgt. Johnson), Brush 7 (Lt. York), and Special Unit 7 (Sgt. Hosslerode) responded on the call. Engine 72 arrived on location to find a 1-story single family dwelling with smoke showing from side alpha. The Rescue Captain then arrived shortly after and established the "Power Drive" command. Upon a completed 360 of the residence, command found a kitchen fire in the basement division on side delta of the residence. Crews quickly deployed multiple attack lines and the fire was deemed under control by 2037 hours. Command continued to hold units for salvage and overhaul. Command was then terminated and all units were clear by 2133 hours.
